Need some help in understanding " Project Quality Management".This is the process of identifying quality requirements and standards of the project and its deliverables....how project will demonstrate compliance etc...Basically, how quality will be managed and controlled.
Other processes like " Plan scope Management", Plan Schedule management" etc have only "meetings", "Xpert judgement" etc as Tools and Techniques.why does this one have a lot of Tools and Techniques and how and why will we use them to get the outputs. Can someone give an example.Bottom line - How do i use cost benefit analysis, coq,7 QC tools to arrive at quality management plan and any other outputs
